Gluten and lactose free sweet and savory oven; excellent pastries, excellent bread and savory dishes. Coming from Rome, I have visited many sweet and savory bakeries, but I must assure you that the miniature pastries and bread are absolutely the best I have eaten so far. The dough for bread and pizza is excellent, it leaves them soft even after several days, something that has never happened to me with what I purchased in Rome. Absolutely recommended👍🏻
