Disappointing dinner
We went to this restaurant for a family dinner (4 people) during a 3-day vacation, attracted by the fact that it was listed as a member of the AIC circuit. Unfortunately, the experience was well below expectations.
The appetizer arrived immediately, but the gluten-free bread to accompany it was served after an hour. When asked for clarification, the answer was "be patient", because there was a table for 70 people who also arrived after us.
The waiting staff was clearly in a hurry because in addition to the large table there were just as many covers at small tables. And unfortunately, when the first courses arrived, the situation did not improve: overcooked risotto at canteen level, cutlet as hard as a sole, agnolotti with and without gluten brought by the same waiter (a very critical aspect for those with celiac disease).
From a place that presents itself as attentive to gluten-free I expected much more attention and professionalism.
I hope they can reflect on management and, above all, on how many people a restaurant can accommodate based on the available staff. Serving a few well is better than serving everyone badly.
We resolved the evening for the better by stopping in a supermarket.
I decided to write this review, something I have never done before, because I was shocked by the poverty, the malice and the arrogance of the reviews of the last few weeks on this pizzeria. I would like to point out that my family and I are long-time customers of the pizzeria which, at various times, has always satisfied us quite a bit; but you know, not all donuts come out with a hole. We were at dinner on the second or third day of the change of management and in fact there was some disservice: slightly long waiting times, ATM and satispay that did not work etc... but the new owner took action, in the only way he could, by offering a discount at the time of payment. I returned after about a week and the management had returned to normal and, having returned with my family for the third time, I must say that the pizzas have nothing to envy the previous ones, in fact, both the normal ones and the gluten-free ones seemed excellent to us. Now my question is this: people who leave such negative reviews full of arrogance, gratuitous malice, arrogance towards those who have just taken over the management of a business, what problems do they have towards their fellow men? I don't think I'm a person who always has everything going well, on the contrary, the exact opposite, but I think a minimum of tolerance would help these people live better. I still have to get something off my chest: I was very sorry to read the response of the previous owners, whom I respect, with a Pontius Pilate-like "we are no longer here". Lastly, best wishes to the new management and, if you continue like this, you will always have me, my family and not only as customers!!!
Very good pizza, even for celiacs and lactose intolerant.
The pizzas are certainly not cheap, but the products are quality.
The service is fast and friendly.
The location is quite convenient.
Friendly and attentive staff.

Very helpful and kind, excellent for those who cannot eat gluten as 99% of the menu is also offered gluten-free.
Not the usual dishes but delicious proposals prepared excellently
Good pizzas, including the gluten-free one. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean premises, very crowded on Sunday evening. We suffered a bit from the heat. The idea of two open kitchens is beautiful. Pets allowed, with all the pros and cons.
Spectacular
Didn’t know where to go because most places close at 2:30/3:00pm
We found this Italian restaurant and honestly it’s the highlight of the day
They can also make the pizzas gluten free
Scilatielli was a disappointment, too thin and too much tomato covered the flavor of the seafood. Very high prices, I thought only the prices of pizzas for celiacs were high, given the work involved, but instead I have to say that I found everything very expensive. Few homemade desserts, they focus too much on ready-made ones like Sal De Riso... at €7 each. Sin!
We wanted to try the pizza by having it delivered home. Pleasant discovery: good dough and ingredients. Even the gluten-free one, according to the celiac person who ate it, was very good.
We discovered this place because we were looking for a place for celiacs.
We were very satisfied with the attention of the SG dishes!! It was all really good!!
Recommended!!
The offer of different doughs gives the place a very high rating as, in addition to the classics, there is also gluten-free dough, both in pan and shovel format.
I give my choice, wholemeal focaccia with lard, a solid 10!
The base is excellent, covered with very soft lard.
I will definitely be back!
Very good pizzas with many vegan options and also gluten-free options, also two vegan desserts, one of which is also gluten-free, very friendly staff and impeccable service
Normal thin pizza, acidic sauce, inedible gluten-free pizza, it looked like a stuffed, unleavened and stringy polenta piadina.
Non-existent service, we waited 45 minutes with the pizzeria empty and it was Saturday evening.
There wasn't even sparkling water, they had run out of gas.
The ashes of what Noah did years ago, with the magician Willy who cheered up the evening, while you waited to eat the pizza which was good....
I had already been to this place in the past with a celiac friend of mine as it offers various gluten free dishes.
The other times I always ate first courses (very good), while this time I opted for the hamburger.
It was an excellent choice as I tasted one of the best hamburgers of my life: special and exquisite bread, quality meat and two touches of genius that make this sandwich truly different: the patanegra lard and the cruschi pepper mayonnaise... They really delighted me!!
All accompanied by artisanal potato chips!
The friend was also very happy with the gluten free pizza.
Friendly staff, honest prices.
We will definitely be back.

Terrible, disrespectful, we booked 2 doughs for two gluten-free pizzas 4 days in advance, and only a quarter of an hour before delivery they told you that the dough had not come out well, leaving two children without dinner I find it incorrect and unprofessional
I took gluten-free mixed fried food and chips, with homemade dessert...a spectacle, all delicious, light and crunchy fried food, very generous portions! I was very satisfied. Attentive and very kind staff. Congratulations to all the staff!
We went to this restaurant for a dinner with friends. The wait was quite long — over 30 minutes — but we weren’t in a particular hurry, so it wasn’t a problem. The owner was very friendly and attentive, especially towards one of our celiac guests, who felt welcomed and really appreciated the gluten-free pizza.
Unfortunately, the bad news came with the second course. My husband ordered grilled fish and left me the tentacles, which we thought were octopus. At the first taste, I immediately noticed an unpleasant taste and an unusual consistency, so much so that I suspected that the fish wasn’t fresh. Another person at the table had the same impression.
When my husband reported this to the waiter, the owner promptly intervened, explaining that it was actually squid and that the taste was due to its natural intensity. Having said that, she left without leaving room for a reply or further explanation.
I was sincerely surprised by this attitude. I know the taste of calamari well and what I tasted did not seem normal to me, neither in taste nor in consistency. A little more openness to comparison would have been enough to avoid this unpleasant epilogue.
A shame, because the place has potential - courteous service, attention to intolerances - but the way in which this situation was handled left a sense of disappointment.
I'm sorry but this time I have to write a bad review... I'll start by saying that I'm a celiac girl
First of all I asked the waitress what the gluten-free dishes were so I could look beyond the pizza (which I've already eaten there several times) and the answer was alarming for me: I was told that there is a possibility of contamination EVEN for the pizza when the menu says "suitable for celiacs" and I was never told this since it's not the first time I've been here.
Let's move on to the pizza.... Terrible dough. It was hard, not leavened and seemed to have been there unused for a long time. I'm very sorry to write this review because I've often come to you and here in these areas there aren't many gluten-free options, that said I'm sorry but to charge a lot for a pizza like that when in my opinion it's inedible it's better not to do it!
I'll reply here to the restaurant's reply:
Reviews exist precisely to help you improve! Not everything should be taken as a personal attack, because reacting in this way only damages your image and makes you seem touchy. A twenty-year-old girl tells you this.
Having said that, regarding gluten-free: if you have no intention of improving the offer and prefer to eliminate it, making it appear EVEN as a threat, go ahead. After all, you only need to move a few kilometers to find restaurants that offer much more, and I could name many.
Your attitude only confirms a narrow and heavy mentality, unfortunately typical of certain small towns. I'm sorry that you expect praise for a mediocre gluten-free pizza just because it is intended for those with an autoimmune disease: it will not happen.
Accepting criticism is the first step to truly improving.
We had lunch yesterday, my son and I. We had a great time, welcoming environment, attentive and kind staff! The best thing is the presence of the gluten-free menu! My son was able to peacefully have a space paella for lunch...
Thank you for creating a place where those with celiac disease can enjoy a safe and sharing space. In this regard, I quote a sentence I just read, which summarizes my thoughts "....being celiac in a society where sharing a meal has a socializing value often means feeling excluded". Thanks again

Nice restaurant, we sat outside, with very good service.
We came because of the very good reviews for the gluten-free pizza and were not disappointed. I would even say it was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, if not the best. The crust looks substantial, but it's fluffy, soft, and not at all filling, rather airy, perfect for a hot day. I would really like the recipe ❤️
My husband had the vitello tonnato, and that was also delicious 😋
For all those who suffer from celiac disease and are still looking for the perfect pizza, you'll find it here. Only the pizza is gluten-free, not the pasta. Just a little info.
Last night I went to eat pizza with friends, having intolerance problems I took the gluten-free pizza (advised when booking) and I was pleasantly surprised.
Definitely coming back.
Well done
The gluten-free pizza is amazing!!!
With a nice thick "Neapolitan" crust, but the taste, that's what a really good pizza is. Also with lactose-free mozzarella.
And the gluten-free red beer is wonderful.
The staff is kind and quick in their service.
We chose a Friday, but to be in a more intimate environment with little noise, I recommend a midweek.
Well-kept place with excellent service ...
I found myself very very well on the cuisine and gluten-free pizza where they offer various choices ...
For the price I find it appropriate for the quality of the products served in my opinion excellent ...
I highly recommend it
With 18 euros (plus cover charge and drinks) there is the possibility of doing this pizza tour...
But be careful, IT'S NOT THE USUAL pizza tour!
There is a variety of pizzas and a variety of truly impressive doughs. There are not only the classic "simple" pizzas that usually arrive to make you full and then they send you the special ones, but immediately pizzas arrive with very good combinations. details and even particular doughs, the turmeric or charcoal dough or the spirulina dough and also the fennel dough, just to name a few...
And then also seasoned well, cooked excellently.
The waiters were also very kind and very helpful. We happened to request some particular flavor and the availability of the pizza chef. We were satisfied...
What to say, it's not the first time I've gone but I was very impressed, highly recommended.
