Denny's Doughnuts and Bakery

It might not be considered a "destination", but it's certainly a local institution. And it's easy to see why. The donuts and pastries are fresh, the dining area is clean and the staff is friendly. Hands down, they make the best old fashioned style donuts. The danish are flaky and tasty. Coffee is pretty good. They do have gluten free options, but they aren't always available Be careful of their boxes if you are ordering multiple donuts as the cardboard is a bit flimsy.

They have the most patience while I figure out what to order. They kindly left the meat off my breakfast bagel like I asked, and they had gluten free doughnuts and didn't blink am eye when I asked about the making process! A very welcoming place, it makes waking up early worth it!
