They have gluten-free options.
I have really never had anything other than the omelettes so I cannot speak to the saftey for Celiacs of other menu items. They offer a gluten-free "English muffin", which I'm pretty sure made by Glutino. I'm not a fan of the English muffin so I usually asked for double shredded hash browns.
