DANGEROUS disregard for dietary requirements. When ordering it was noted on the docket as a Celiac meal and I was assured by three separate staff members (including the Chef!!!) that a flat bread was Gluten Free. Turns out that no, it wasn't and I suffered the consequences afterwards. You'd think they would want to hear about something like this but again, turns out no. Because it took reaching out with 2 x phone calls and three emails over 2 x weeks before anyone would even reply!!!! Not that they seemed to care too much though because apparently being an "open kitchen" means that they might accidently serve non-gluten free items as gluten free. Disgusting attitude by the Management Team and I would hate to think how they would handle and anaphylactic situation. Do better.
