No idea if the food is any good, as we got turned away at 1:31 pm because the kitchen closed at 1:30. The website said they were open til 8pm but the girl at the counter said they may reopen at 4 or 5 pm or not at all. This was disappointing as, given I’m a coeliac, I can’t just go elsewhere. We had been looking at the menu board for a good 5 mins with no one saying the kitchen was about to close & no signage to that effect. Luckily the IGA two doors down had Tyrrell’s crisps so we didn’t starve but felt very disappointed with the lack of clarity around times & way it all played out. So here’s hoping this message saves some people the same disappointment.
DANGEROUS disregard for dietary requirements.
When ordering it was noted on the docket as a Celiac meal and I was assured by three separate staff members (including the Chef!!!) that a flat bread was Gluten Free. Turns out that no, it wasn't and I suffered the consequences afterwards.
You'd think they would want to hear about something like this but again, turns out no. Because it took reaching out with 2 x phone calls and three emails over 2 x weeks before anyone would even reply!!!! Not that they seemed to care too much though because apparently being an "open kitchen" means that they might accidently serve non-gluten free items as gluten free.
Disgusting attitude by the Management Team and I would hate to think how they would handle and anaphylactic situation.
Do better.
Oh. My. God.
This is exactly what I was looking for!
Super clean and delicious Bowls for a very good price! You can tell that the owners know excactly what they do.
For everyone who's searching for sugar free and gluten free food, this is the place to be.
Our family had dinner here one evening as a wee treat, absolutely fantastic selection of pizza, you order by the slice so you can always get more if you are hungry. Great selection of beers and cocktails. Gluten free is also available
