Oh my goodness!! Dillas is my new fave place in Shreveport for gluten free foods! I have Celiac disease and had no reaction. I had a gluten free chicken quesadilla that I added veggies to. My friend orders the Black & Blue. Also had the fries and hatch queso. Definitely recommend whether you are gluten free or not!

I drove through to get great tasting tea, and advised my regular cashier that I could no longer have the quesadillas because I must be gluten-free. She was sweet enough to share with me that I do have that option for any quesadilla. So I drove back through and placed another order!
