Domino's Pizza

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, on Dec 27th. They were very fast in getting the order too us. The reason for my 2 star rating is for 1 of the pizzas. I ordered a regular crust pizza for myself, which was good. The gluten-free pizza for my wife, was not. It was over cooked and the crust was hard, she could only eat the center of the pizza. I call and ended up talking to the manager who informed me that we should have ordered it lightly cooked. If that is the case, why is that not mentioned on-line. He told me he would send us a coupon for a free pizza to cover the cost and to wait a week for it to arrive. Guess it got lost in the mail, because it has been over 2 weeks and we have not received a thing. Not a good way to do business Domino's!
