We were able to get a table to dine in on our first night at Bright. The venue is exquisitely decorated, providing a hip yet relaxing ambiance. The service is also good, waiters are friendly and provide a good intro on how to use the QR code to place an order. The food is good, but a bit on the pricey side. What I loved is the chicken pizza which was a bit sweet but tasty. Loved the fact that they had gluten free bases. Thought the capricciosa pizza was way too salty, I guess they put an overwhelming amount of anchovies in it. We had a salad which was tasty but tiny. All in all it was a lovely experience. Not perfect, but would recommend if you are in town. They have a good selection of craft beers.

Met at counter by two young friendly ladies who answered our queries in relation to coeliac with confidence and reassurance. End result were two delicious pizzas. Hot, tasty and nicely presented. Compliments to maker.
