We went to Don Fred after a long day of work, and we couldn't have wanted a better place to go to than Don Fred. Vegan, gluten free dining with a sumptuous Italian style and flavour. The service was impeccable. The food devine. We could taste the love of food in EVERY bite. If you're in Sydney, and even if you're travelling from interstate or overseas, this wonderful, intimate, plant based dining experience is a MUST for everyone . Once dined, you'll be thinking of the next time you'll be back

We had the banquet to share. As a gluten intolerant diner, the owner happily changed a few dishes to suit my dietary requirements. I was thrilled to have tried the gluten free focaccia with zucchini fritti and almond ricotta. WOW, just YUM!! I couldn’t believe how soft and flavourful it was. Do yourself a favour and get some. Absolutely delicious. I’d go back again and again. It was so good we forgot to take pictures, now that’s saying something!!

Going to Don Fred is a bit like returning to Italy, simple dishes with an authentic taste. I'm celiac, so everything has to be gluten-free for me. The gluten-free focaccias are delicious, especially the one with the polpetz, truly delicious. Season everything with Fred's crisps and an Aperol spritz and enjoy your meal!
