Dooby's

I love coming here. I usually get the Japchae noodles since they’re gluten free. The order lasts me two days and it’s delicious! They have the best iced oatmilk latte that I’ve tried as well. They seem to care about what beans they use and bean freshness, which is vital. The space itself is great, with chill lighting, big windows, and ample seating. Finally, the people who work here are always nice and helpful.

I’ve eaten here twice because it’s walking distance from home and has gluten free options. The first time was mediocre and so was the second. I got different gluten free combinations of the bowl. It’s a sad bed of spring mix with flavorless roasted/pickled vegetables. Protein is just fine and the sauces are way too salty. I’m not sure what it’s supposed to be… a gentrified version of bibimbap? Too expensive for what to get; portion is small. I haven’t had the coffee and I expect it’s a nice place to work and have a bite. I just haven’t done that here.
