When you walk in, it is a little dark but the atmosphere is intimate. Very good fresh sushi. Owner makes an effort to prepare everything exactly to your liking—if you need to switch out something on a roll, she does it without complaints. She worked with me on the dishes, making substitutions so that would be gluten free. Also GF soy sauce available. Owner makes an effort to learn about people, and obviously has a lot of regulars. Sunrise roll is unexpected (has lemon) but is so good.

I normally don’t post reviews but this place deserves one. This place was awesome! The staff was very accommodating. We are gluten free and both the sushi and kitchen chef helped us out with what we can and cannot have and for the ones that we cannot have they substituted. Definitely worth it!
