My daughter and I have celiac and the hostess and kitchen were both well-informed and completely willing to make sure we enjoyed our meal with no issues. We were staying at the attached hotel, and the two days of food that we ate caused no reaction of any kind. If we ever find ourselves back in Kansas City we will go out of our way to eat here again, unquestionably.
