Had their ragu with gluten free noodles as takeout. The ragu was SOOO flavorful. I wish I could eat the pappardelle noodles, but alas I'm celiac 🥲 I think the gluten free noodles were chickpea rotini based on texture. As someone who's been gluten free forever I think they could use more gf noodles that are out there for variety like brown rice fettuccine (all the Thai brands are good), Jovial's tagliatelle etc. But I'll definitely try their other pastas even if they only have gf rotini, because the sauce was that good.

Really enjoyed this place! Our server was super nice and I love how he asked us about allergies and dietary restrictions right from the beginning. He was really nice and competent in checked what I could eat for gluten free options. Pasta was perfect
