Just a sollliiiiddd gluten free donut.
Not baked, but yeasted and fried (thank god). Airy, chewy, all the good things. Their seasonal flavors are a little hit or miss, but the almond macrona is soooo good. I did a little gluten free donut tour of New York, tried six different bakeries, and this one and the mochi donut from Win Son were my favorites!
