Very disappointed!
On August 24, 2024, I ordered gluten-free donuts for a friend at the kiosk. When I got to the checkout, they told me they didn't have any! I asked for a refund and was told they weren't authorized to refund, that I had to write my bank details on the stub, and that the head office would handle it. I've already sent reminder emails, and it's 10 months later, and still nothing! It's absolutely shameful to handle this type of situation like this: paying for donuts I never got and refusing to refund!

The gluten-free donuts are not donuts but just cake. Tastes like the customer and ready-made cake from the store, but a lot drier. Too bad, I certainly don't recommend it if you don't like cake
