We visited this restaurant to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and loved the atmosphere. Our server was excellent, very attentive and friendly. However, I cannot recommend this restaurant for anyone with food allergies. Although the menu is clearly labeled, the chef is not knowledgeable or careful when it comes to allergies. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and ordered the Tuscan Salmon, which my server noted. When my dish arrived, it was covered in cheese and creamy sauce. I was grateful the cheese was visible, so I didn’t accidentally eat something that could make me sick. They had to completely remake my meal, and by the time it arrived, the rest of my table had already finished eating. I was disappointed that a manager didn’t come over to apologize, and no effort was made to adjust the bill for the inconvenience. While it’s a lovely restaurant, I would not recommend it to anyone with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
