First of all, the owners and staff treated us like welcome house guests. Second. Holy crap this is mind blowingly good. The gluten free crust is insane, and very accounting for allergies. The Margherita pizza is top level. Maybe best I've ever had. The plain cheese pie I think is the best in the capital region. Don't miss out on the deserts too, the hangover cake is almost a reason to come on its own. Outside dining is really nice in an unexpected way. I'd love to kill a bottle of red with this pizza next time

I love the fact that they restore and reuse historical pieces in the design. We popped in on a sweltering summer night recently to indulge in their Tuesday special. I had a delicious Riesling to sip alongside my incredible build your own smashburger, the toppi g choices were amazing. I settled on pickled onions, bacon, cheddar, and a regular bun. My husband chose a gluten-free bun, and the American, which is made with American cheese, tomato, ketchup, and he added carmelized onions. We shared an order of their loaded tots, which were to die for. The owner, Vic, was there to greet people and help out , he is always very friendly and warm. His Sommelier/Bar Tender is very knowledgeable and helpful when deciding what type of wine or cocktail you should choose. They have a fantastic craft cocktail menu and even mocktails for non drinkers. Even the complimentary house water is refreshing. This will be a lifesaver this summer no doubt. Always innovative!
