I tried one single sample of the gluten free rum cake almost 9 years ago at the chocolate expo in Long Island as I was passing their booth. And now almost 9 years later out of the blue I was talking with my husband about the best rum cake I ever tried once when I was a teenager and then began to search online to find this business and where they are located. Was so happy to see they are still in business and I will be visiting soon after my baby is born at the end of the month! Crazy to think how one single sample from that long ago when I was a young teen can have such a lasting memory😂
