Love this cafe. Drip coffee was excellent (coffee snob here). Great variety of seating, super delicious gluten free pastry options, and great staff and music. I used wifi here for a few hours on a busy Sunday and the front seating room was easy to get work done.

They were so prompt and professional when interacting with our venue that it felt like magic - suddenly there was just an enormous spread of delicious food set out for us to enjoy. Brown's helped us host a beautiful rehearsal dinner for 30. The gluten free buffet menu is really fantastic! Although only some guests required the GF menu, EVERYONE thought the food was truly delicious! Niki and Ellie were incredibly thoughtful and hard-working. Would highly recommend for a group function or individual dining!

We visited this restaurant to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and loved the atmosphere. Our server was excellent, very attentive and friendly. However, I cannot recommend this restaurant for anyone with food allergies.
Although the menu is clearly labeled, the chef is not knowledgeable or careful when it comes to allergies. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and ordered the Tuscan Salmon, which my server noted. When my dish arrived, it was covered in cheese and creamy sauce. I was grateful the cheese was visible, so I didn’t accidentally eat something that could make me sick. They had to completely remake my meal, and by the time it arrived, the rest of my table had already finished eating.
I was disappointed that a manager didn’t come over to apologize, and no effort was made to adjust the bill for the inconvenience. While it’s a lovely restaurant, I would not recommend it to anyone with food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Love love love this spot. It's a wonderful intimate place to gather with. Friends or go on a date. The ambiance is very chill and trendy. I love the fact that they restore and reuse historical pieces in the design. We popped in on a sweltering summer night recently to indulge in their Tuesday special. I had a delicious Riesling to sip alongside my incredible build your own smashburger, the toppi g choices were amazing. I settled on pickled onions, bacon, cheddar, and a regular bun. My husband chose a gluten-free bun, and the American, which is made with American cheese, tomato, ketchup, and he added carmelized onions. We shared an order of their loaded tots, which were to die for. The owner, Vic, was there to greet people and help out , he is always very friendly and warm. His Sommelier/Bar Tender is very knowledgeable and helpful when deciding what type of wine or cocktail you should choose. They have a fantastic craft cocktail menu and even mocktails for non drinkers. Even the complimentary house water is refreshing. This will be a lifesaver this summer no doubt. Always innovative!
