Our waitress was Mina. She was very knowledgeable about needing gluten free foods. FYI: the Spicy Mayo isn’t gf :( I ordered the cucumber roll sushi and the imitation crab roll sushi both delicious! They were big pieces also the picture is after I’ve already eaten some. They have gluten free soy sauce that tastes good also. Sweet tea is great! I also ordered the gf fried rice but didn’t like the way it tasted but my husband did. The menu is clearly marked gluten free on items that are. They have a good selection. The place was slammed!! They also have outdoor seating. If your sound sensitive or sensitive to certain lighting prepare accordingly.

Absolutely Fabulous. Devin was our server and he was fantastic. We had a large party 6 adults & 2 kiddos. I have Celiac’s and Devin could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable on the safe sushi. The menu is clearly marked with GF items. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Will be back next time we are visiting Charlotte.
