We had such a wonderful experience at Earls Brentwood tonight thanks to our amazing server, Mabel! She was so attentive and incredibly knowledgeable about celiac and cross-contamination, which means the world to us since my 6-year-old son has celiac disease. She thoughtfully suggested baking his fries instead of using the shared fryer—something most places don’t even think to offer—and he was absolutely thrilled. They also customized a delicious cheese pizza for my younger son, and my own meal was perfect. The service, food, and care for dietary needs made our evening so enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back!
