Early Owl

Relaxing and calming ambiance, friendly and welcoming staff and amazing food! I am visiting from out of the state and was so glad I found this place - the salmon bowl was amazing. The combination of ingredients made it a flavorful and satisfying dish. The smoothies are huge and the presentation of the food is superb. Also for my gluten free friends - they offer GF toast as a side option.

We were fortunate enough to have Early Owl across our staffless hotel room, at Maven Stay (another place I’d highly recommend). We’ve so far had breakfast/brunch there twice. I can’t say enough good things. Clean, pleasant, roomy. Friendly, competent, attentive staff. Very generous portions, at surprisingly reasonable pricing. Fresh food, creative, beautifully presented. Loads of choices and can accommodate vegan, gluten free and carnivore alike. Great flavours and you feel good about yourself after eating. Thank you for being here. I wish we could take you to Florida with us!
