East End Annie’s is a hidden gem for hearty, homemade comfort food — with amazing vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, all available for takeout only — perfect for cozy meals at home. We started with the Mad Apple Parmesan, a longtime vegetarian favourite now newly released as vegan! Choose between classic mozzarella or vegan mozzarella — either way, it’s rich, flavourful, and deeply satisfying. The Chick Norris Burger was a knockout: lightly breaded, marinated for 24 hours in buttermilk, and stacked with creamy housemade ranch, dill slaw, and hot butter buffalo sauce. What turned into a quick stop to use WIFI turned into a pleasant dine-in experience that will certainly bring me back. I was so surprised by the exceptional customer service that the team provided me. The quaint storefront has a cozy atmosphere, great cafe selections, delicious pastries and food, and all topped off with the best service by Alicia, Mila and the team. They are attentive, friendly, accommodating... everything you want in a restaurant experience. The Americano and teas were great, but the gluten-free brownies, and their SCONES... unbelievable. Thanks Alicia... I will be back. 5/5 everything
