We’ve been coming here for 3 years, food and service is always amazing. They have many gluten free options and the staff is very knowledgeable about allergies. They will also bring you gluten free soy sauce if you ask.

We tried Ebisu for the first time and had a good experience. We ordered online for pick up, and it was a very easy process. The food was ready quickly and service was friendly.
I got the make your own ramen and got a very large & filling portion, I actually couldn't finish it on my own! We also tried the garlic edamame, asparagus with miso butter, yakisoba & agedashi tofu, and it was all great.
There's a little something here for everyone- stir fried noodle dishes, sushi, ramen, etc. There are so many ramen toppings to choose from. They also have rice noodles for folks who are gluten free, and a few vegan options as well.
