This place like a breath of fresh air in streets of Palermo. While Italian cousins are full carbs, sugar and other unhealthy stuff, here you can find lots of positions for diabetics, gluten allergy’s people and other. The food is fresh and really tasty, I would suggest to ask for unsalted dish when you order, and add as much salt as you like (for me the standard was too much). We will definitely return here every day at least for a breakfast while we are in Palermo.
