Love this establishment! They have their very own Gluten free menu! There are hot and cold items on the menu and there's plenty to choose from! Fried rice, salmon , different kinds of sushi & sashimi. I had the spicy tuna roll, salmon and rainbow roll with FRESH Crab (not the artificial one either WOW). They have a dedicated sushi chef to make your food so that it does not get cross contaminated! It is pricey, however better quality = more $$$. Can't wait to come back here! Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable about the menu! Did not get sick at all!
