Completely tragic. started with a useless service at the checkout. stubborn and assertive about the food order when one of the party ordered a gluten-free (coeliac) dish. No it didn't work, couldn't have this. And this is done while the customers stand and listen. A colleague was asked, and it went well with that dish. It was entered in the box with allergy Celiac disease. The food arrived, then the kitchen managed to fry the chicken in the same fryer that everything else is fried in, with gluten, this is all too bad when you have your own allergy Menu. People with celiac disease get so sick when they ingest gluten. So here the kitchen needs to get proper training. So then one dish was sent back and we each ate separately. Fortunately, a lovely waitress came to your rescue. She lay flat and apologized. We got both drinks and dessert on the house. So here you should take good care of your employees and give them proper training.
