El Pasaje Santa María la Blanca

INCREDIBLE, I have no other words to describe this place. Completely safe for celiacs. Special gluten-free menu. The quality and quantity of the dishes were simply perfect. The service was very friendly. A 100% recommended gluten-free restaurant in Seville.

We went here on the recommendation of Redsevillasingluten, and we loved it! The food surprised us, it was delicious: scallops, burrita salad with zucchini spaghetti, and Iberian pork sausage. The place is very pleasant and quiet, and the waiters are attentive! When we return to Seville, we'll definitely go back.

We had an absolute fantastic time! Food was delicious. It was very creative and well executed. Fresh. The service was spectacular—10 stars out of 5! We were generally attended by Zacharias, who was incredibly detail oriented! He poured me a glass of cava. I enjoyed it but he deemed it not bubbly enough and went to open a fresh one. If he hadn’t insisted I wouldn’t have known anything was wrong with the one he poured initially, but sure enough, after he poured the newly opened bottle it was even more refreshing and bubbly. There is a separate gluten free menu. When Zacharias found out about my gluten sensitivity, he brought out an entirely new set of plate and utensils and was very attentive to help me make sure I was safe from cross contamination. We were blown by his attentiveness! His attention to detail and by the restaurant’s food. Highly recommend. Will come back next time we visit Seville. We also wish Zacharias all the best in his culinary endeavors!
