The experience at this place was a bit disappointing. At least from my perspective, I tried to ask a waiter if he could adapt some of the dishes on the menu to accommodate my food intolerances. Initially, the first two waiters didn't know anything about it, just to ask me to look at the menu. Then a waitress with glasses and short hair arrived and treated me wonderfully. She offered me a dish from outside the menu that did fit my order. When they brought it, it wasn't bad; the tuna was perhaps overcooked, and they added too much oil for my taste, even though I specifically told them I didn't want it. My friends ordered fried squid, beef salsa, avocado timbale, and some cheeses. They were very happy. Therefore, my experience tells me that if you're specifically going to a fried food bar, this is the bar for you. But if you're someone with allergies, food intolerances, gluten, lactose, etc. You run the risk of putting your health at risk or simply not eating at all. I find it a bit sad that, despite having a restaurant in the heart of Santa Cruz, they don't consider "flexibility" depending on the situation. For example, they might offer me stewed potatoes instead of fries or swap some fries for a salad. In short, if it were up to me, I wouldn't go back, much less recommend it. The price-quality ratio is high, some of the service (except for the friendly, short-haired, blonde waitress with glasses) was imperturbable, there were ants on the wall, and the acoustics inside the restaurant were very noisy.

Great quality of food, service, and atmosphere in the area. Also, the option of making a large part of the menu gluten-free (fried food made with chickpea flour).
