We ate at El Brisket twice while in town and the food was so good. On the first evening we had soup, salmon, and a dessert. This was the best salmon I've ever had. The sweet and savory combination was simply perfect. I eat gluten free and they suggested this as an option that wouldn't disappoint, that both offered protein and carbs before our W trek hike. They also made a special gelato and fruit dessert to accomodate my GF needs. I can live without the dessert but it was a nice end to the meal. On the second evening, my husband has the brisket pickle pizza (gluten full) and said it was amazing. I had a brisket salad and really liked it. Would highly recommend adding this place to your list to get food and some Chilean wine!
