Excellent value for money, abundant dishes, fresh ingredients, a wide variety of options on the menu. I tried their lomo saltado, it is not the original recipe because it had peas, carrots, paprika, its flavor was good, the vegetables had a crunchy and delicious texture, it would be much better if they added more gluten. The rice was well prepared, the potatoes good. I also tried the garlic cream, it was tasty and filling, a little salty for my taste but good. To drink a very fresh and abundant carrot extract, delicious. The waiter's service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. In addition, a small buffet of salads and sauces is included with the value of your dish. The restaurant is located a few steps from the main square of Cusco.
