I love this place, the select, sophisticated and at the same time intimate atmosphere. Txuma has always given his best. Since it opened years ago I have been going regularly and they have always followed the same line of quality and accessible and innovative sophistication. Last Saturday night I was there and I was surprised by their dessert for Celiacs, super healthy, balanced and delicious that did not harm the delicate stomach. I'm referring to the chocolate cake, which really isn't a cake without a coulane-like tartlet, sugar-free dark dark chocolate delights.
