Elixir Bistro

One of the best meals I have had in KW if not the best. Don’t let the short menu fool you, every dish is a bombshell and if you talk nice to the chef, he does some amazing vegetarian and gluten free.

I Love Elixir Bistro, I love Firooz's cooking. I wish he would move to Toronto so I could see him more often. I have Coeliacs and Chef is one of the only places in Cambridge that I can confidently be assured that I am not going to get Gluten'd. When I lived in Galt for a short time being able to eat at Elixir was like a small piece of home, a small piece of Toronto close by, the fact that I ate at his place in when I lived in Toronto in the 90s made it even more awesome. Chef is passionate about his art and about making food that has amazing flavour. There really are no restaurants in all of KW, Waterloo, Guelph, Cambridge that compare to Elixir. Chef is obsessed about making good food. *Note, I love his food so much, I do what I can to help him with the internets and the marketings ;)
