My wife has a lectin and gluten deficiency so it’s difficult when ordering food from anywhere to which we understand.
However we ordered a pizza and they missed a couple of ingredients on it so we called back to just mention what’s happened in the hope we could just return it and get one made correctly. We were told that the best they could do is “NOT CHARGE US FOR 1 EXTRA TOPPING THE NEXT TIME WE ORDERED”.
My wife was frustrated and used an expletive, not directed toward anyone, but just in general and attempted to again just ask for a replacement and she was told under no circumstances will that happen and the manager preceded to say “ITS ONLY ONE INGREDIENT AND ITS NOT A BIG DEAL”.
I called back and the manager refused to talk on the phone saying my wife was rude to him which didn’t happen at all she was frustrated.
I mean technically if this guy purchased a car and it only came with 3 wheels would he drive off.
Will not be coming back here ever again and will spread the word customer service was atrocious.
