Had a great experience! The gluten-free options were a nice bonus. The staff were kind and very helpful, and the food was delicious. Thank you!

A very kind and unique local place to stop for freshly made sandwiches, snacks, salads or tea. We had the High Tea, which was nicely displayed. They do have gluten free bread and a few gluten free snacks (which didn’t even cost extra), but I wouldn’t recommend the gluten free High Tea menu taste-wise over the freshly made sweets and scones if it’s just a preference. There was a bit of a mix up using Groupon and some communications, but the staff kindly sorted it out and we enjoyed our time overall. I would definitely return, especially for their scones!

So, so disappointed in this place! Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for high tea specifically saying someone in my group was gluten free. I was told 'not a problem, we can definitely accommodate'. When I arrive for my reservation, we're told they have zero gluten free items available and are out of gluten free bread and they offered no resolution, at all, just basically sorry, we don't know what to tell you. It was then us negotiating with the staff of, "ok can this person get a salad, soup, and some cheese instead?" "Hmmm, let me ask the manager". Oops, they said "no". "Ok well can the person do this instead?" "Let me ask the manager". We went though this *3* separate times and each time, the manager would send someone different over to give us some form of "no" instead of just talking to us directly. Incredibly frustrating! Outside of that, I've never been to a tea service that was counter service where they still expect almost $40/person. I really wanted to like this place and expected so much more. If they cared about the customers, they could have turned the situation around but it was clear to us that gluten concerns weren't their problem and they weren't interested in coming up with a solution. I would never recommend, especially if you have dietary restrictions.
