English Tealeaves

We attended the Royal Tea. It was very similar to the afternoon (high) tea experience we had in London. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They are knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu including over 100 different types of tea. The food and tea was delicious. They had lots of gluten free options that taste good. The China was beautiful and the seating was comfortable. A relaxing experience. Exactly what you would expect from an English tea. The price was reasonable.

My daughter treated me and some friends for a birthday celebration. The food was great and they were able to accommodate one of our guests who needed a gluten free menu. The staff was amazing! Five doesn't give enough kudos. There must be 100 teas on the menu and our server knew the makeup of every one we asked about. I gave the atmosphere a 4 as it wasn't as English cottage as I expected, especially in the back area where we were seated, but it was still nice. I definitely plan on going back.
