Very positive experience, respects the expectations that precede the fame of the place, also mentioned in the Routard and Lonely Planet guides. The ingredients are of great quality and the menu celebrates the land and local products in an excellent way.
A big note of merit for the attention to food intolerances and for the wide choice of gluten-free dishes, among the most interesting menus in the area in this sense because almost everything is also available for celiacs (with homemade bread). I tasted gluten free strangozzi for the first and only time and I found them amazing. It's worth going through the entire menu without neglecting desserts because they are works of art, a shame for the detractors who missed out on this goodness.
