For my birthday, I wanted to bring a gluten-free cake to work because I have two colleagues with intolerances. Oh, my surprise, I found a bakery like this in the neighborhood. And what a bakery... super cozy, with breads you could eat with your eyes. In the end, they recommended a chocolate and orange cake, and it couldn't have been a better choice. A moist, fluffy cake with a surprising and delicious flavor... a wise choice. Plus, since I had to take it to work in the morning, they opened the bakery for me to pick up the cake at 7 a.m. while they were baking for the day. You can't get better customer service. I'll definitely be back. What a gem in the neighborhood!

I bought it online and I have to say it's, without a doubt, the best gluten-free bread I've tried to date (and I've tried a lot). The millet loaf is simply exquisite; they've managed to make the texture similar to gluten-containing bread (as difficult as that is) and the flavor is second to none. 10/10.
