Delicious pastries and savory dishes, all gluten-free. There are also lactose-free products and the staff is informed about allergens. The attention is always friendly, they explain the ingredients if you need it and they even told me about the workshop, how they make their products... The quality is exceptional, you don't notice that they are gluten-free things. The puff pastry and pasta are amazing.

I have tried the breakfast of toast with lettuce, turkey and tomato 🍅. Very delicious gluten-free bread with rice and corn flour. Plus, it doesn't fall apart and it has a crunchy touch. The waiter, Javier, is charming. He was very kind and attentive. The infusion 🫖 is generous, it gives you two cups. The place is cozy and very well located next to the retreat.

Everything they offer is incredible, and at a price that is truly unbelievable. Thanks to the owners for continuing to run gluten-free places like this, they are not so typical to see and it is certainly quite rare that everything is so delicious!! I don't give them more stars because it's not possible.

It’s a really good backery with all gluten free products made from flour out of rice and book wheat. The bread was really good and is a very good alternative for people that want to eat bread, but can’t or doesn’t want to eat gluten. Today we came again to get something sweet for a coffee break. We had a cinnamon roll and a donut with chocolate and nuts. Both things were so yummy and delicious. The cinnamon roll was sweet and the cinnamon flavor was very good. The donut was very fluffy and had a great taste. You might taste a little difference but in a good way. You won’t miss the gluten.

Bread that you fall in love with, from its smell when you toast it to its flavor and texture. Cookies are from another planet. And with the ginger or chocolate cookies you lick your fingers. They took me off gluten for a while and Miguel gave me options according to my tastes. Even if I go back to gluten one day, Sugureta will stay in my life!
