Sugureta Mercado Sin Gluten

Bread that you fall in love with, from its smell when you toast it to its flavor and texture. Cookies are from another planet. And with the ginger or chocolate cookies you lick your fingers. They took me off gluten for a while and Miguel gave me options according to my tastes. Even if I go back to gluten one day, Sugureta will stay in my life!

Thank you Miguel for the treatment received from you before yesterday. The chocolate cake almost made me cry. The flavor and texture completely took me back to something (I still don't know what) I ate in my childhood and all my senses were activated. The bread, if they had given me a blind tasting, I would have sworn that it was gluten-free. The smell, taste and texture are by far the best gluten free bread I have had in 4 years. And about the waffle, I am not the best person to give my opinion, because I have tried them on a few occasions, but I liked it a lot. Thank you for the artisan and social work you do.
