Esquires Coffee Dorking

Absolutely horrible! Avoid at all costs! The staff are negligent, coffee is bitter and the cake is so stale. Everything is left out for days and the food is so overpriced for what it is. Food is prepared without basic hygiene practices (no hands are washed) and cross contamination thrives here with staff putting gluten free items with gluten. If you have allergies I highly recommend avoiding, especially they don’t take it seriously! Staff are not food trained and it shows! The manager is absolutely useless and is not friendly. I don’t know her name but she should not be managing that place as she is not hospitable what so ever and should not be working in customer service, let alone be training others in customer service. She has no clue what that phrase even means. Some of the staff like Holly are very friendly but it’s such a shame that other members of staff will prohibit me and my family from ever returning again. Shame. Used to be such a nice place before the refurbishment.

Nice coffee shop, has plugs for electronically devices and WiFi, great place to sit with my laptop with a coffee. Staff have always been friendly Gluten free and other dietary options including cakes
