My girlfriend and I stopped by for dinner, after our first Ethiopian food experience on a vacation in Florida, that we really enjoyed. We're really happy to have found this restaurant only a few miles from our home. We had the Meat and Vegan combo, and it was so flavorful and delicious. The injera was tangy and soft, and absorbed all of the flavors beautifully. We learned that injera is made from ancient grains, and fermented -- making it much easier to digest, and a good option for diabetics, thanks to the fermentation and slow digestion qualities of ancient grains. Much healthier than white flour! It was good to know they offer both vegan and gluten free dishes.
We really enjoyed the gravy's that each of the offerings were covered in, the hot tea offering, and of course, the service! We'll be adding Ethiopian Famous Restaurant to our normal rotation of restaurants, now!
