This restaurant was just wonderful! We stumbled upon it walking down the street looking for a place for dinner and I’m so glad we did! The food is absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. Our waiter, Dany was truly one of the best waiters I have ever come across. Not to mention that I had gluten free options. I 100% recommend this place.

Ordered the lamb burger and it came out in a heavily seeded bun. I told the server I could not eat seeds and he asked me why didn’t I tell him I had an allergy. Since I don’t have an allergy to seeds, just cannot eat them I asked for a different roll or bread. Btw, the menu does not say the roll has seeds. They brought a gluten free roll from the kitchen only after I raised it to the attention of a different server after eating half my burger so it didn’t get cold and then charged me a surcharge for the GF roll. It wasn’t much but it was the principle of the matter so I brought it up to the manager. She was no help and told me I should have expected a surcharge and I should have read the tiny tiny print at the bottom of the menu. It’s unfortunate and a willingness to waive a $3.00 surcharge would have made me feel better. I’ve been to Eva’s several times and have enjoyed the food and atmosphere but this experience has soured me on the place.
