Everest Nepal Restaurant Colorado Springs

My partner and I enjoyed the cuisine and the atmosphere very much. Their menu has unique dishes and the flavors are delicious. Very glad that they specifically mark which dishes on their menu are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. Some dishes contain nuts, but that is also made very clear on the menu.

Went here on a whim and we're glad we did! It's a buffet style eatery with a wide variety of foods. Most are either gluten free or vegan or both. They also have a dessert bar with some non-traditional desserts, such as rice pudding and a shredded carrots dessert, both of which are really good. The atmosphere is very nice and the servers are polite and responsive. I feel like this is one of those hidden gems in downtown.
