Evergreens

I was at SeaTac waiting for a flight. The menu on the wall had labels for gluten-free and dairy free items, but nothing was labeled as vegan. One of the staff stepped out of line at the end of the counter and said he would help me, because he’s vegan too. He went to the front of the line with me to start assembling a wrap, talked through all the ingredient options that were vegan, and even recommended a different restaurant around the corner that has a good vegan brownie for dessert. The wrap was delicious, but more than that, the compassionate, individualized service stood out — especially at a fast food restaurant in an airport. The whole interaction was very kind and unexpected.

The staff here were very knowledgeable of what was gluten free and not. I felt safe eating here and the food was fantastic!
