So far, I've been to Flint twice: once for dinner and once for brunch. Dinner has several GF options but brunch does not. That said, if you can eat wheat/gluten their cinnamon role is to die for. Everything I've had here was delicious and I love the location downtown and the ambiance, but what really sets Flint apart is their service. This feels like fine dining without the fine dining price point. Compared to other restaurants at similar price points the portions are large without sacrificing quality. Flint is quickly becoming my go-to for a celebration or a little treat.
