One of my favorite OKC restaurants - a very gluten-friendly menu with plentiful options and everything marked clearly. I am also dairy-free and am able to find it relatively easy to customize for those restrictions, too. Staff is helpful and communicative with patrons and the kitchen. 10/10 ⭐️

FRIDA is one of the only places in Oklahoma where I feel COMPLETELY safe dining. I have been diagnosed with celiac for 3 1/2 years and it is so nice to dine somewhere and not feel completely restricted! The staff is extremely accommodating and the food is AMAZING. Couldn’t recommend more!

So glad I found this place. It is like a magical delight. They had amazing selection even in gluten free options i didn't feel so limited in choosing a meal. Bonus they even had not one but two options for desserts! Both were cheesecakes. The pistachio dark chocolate cheesecake was the one I finally chose and the crust a pistachio praline was magical.
