As a person with Celiac, finding a gluten -free crust at a brewery is an unforgettable experience to begin with. But finding the best gluten-free crust around? That’s just unbelievable, yet that’s what Beer Tree Factory has to offer! I look forward to ordering this pizza again the second I walk out the door! My partner who is not gluten free enjoys his pizza just as much!

Atmosphere was nice. Gluten Free GF pizza was good (changed since the previous reviews) - better than the typical paper thin type of GF crust but not doughy like the previous reviews. Others got the Mac & Cheese, Cesar Salad (large), and spinach and artichoke dip. All good. Great selection of beer, cider, and seasonal cocktails. Our server was super nice.

I got one of the pizzas as gluten free and it, unfortunately, was the worst gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was thick and mushy, and similar consistency to a pancake. Do not get a GF pizza here!!
