Our group visited the restaurant and whiskey bar after a long day of brewery hopping. The experience was a delight and well worth the detour. The food was exceptional (oysters and a cheese board), gluten free options are available, and the service felt like hanging with friends behind the bar we didn't know we had. The highlight was the dad joke exchange with the bar staff... "A cheese factory in France exploded. De-brie was everywhere!"

As a celiac, going to a brewery doesn't typically appeal to me (it sure the heck did before my diagnosis) this place has a plethora of options for drinks and food - I went here while on business travel (also hard as heck for a celiac) and this spot made my entire trip!
